Instructions for Submitting a Community Event
- Please submit your event at least one month in advance
- Event must occur within Springfield
Welcome to Springfield Chamber of Commerce's community calendar! Please fill out the request form below in order to have your event(s) listed. Thank you for your time and effort in including your event(s) on our calendar.
Please note: Your event will not be listed automatically on the calendar. After your submission, it will first go through an approval process to make sure that it contains all the information needed to be added as an event. Your event will be listed according to the information submitted; therefore, please make sure it is complete.

Submission of your event to our Chamber's community calendar does not guarantee a listing. Event information must be according to the requested guidelines. Please allow 2 working weeks for posting. The Springfield Chamber is not responsible for the accuracy of information submitted.
