Instructions for Submitting a Community Event
Welcome to the Springfield Chamber of Commerce Community Events Calendar! Please take your time to fill out the request form below. Thank you for your effort and consideration in choosing to announce your event(s) on our calendar.
- Events must be submitted at least two weeks prior to start date.
All events must be open to the public and occur in or around Springfield, Oregon. We will make every effort to post events within 5 business days and to notify you when your event is added to the calendar.
If you would like to make any changes and/or corrections to an existing event in our calendar, or if you just have a question, please let us know! eric@springfield-chamber.org.

Please note that submission of an event does not guarantee a listing. This calendar is not meant to be an all inclusive community calendar, and all events occurring outside the city of Springfield will be subject to specific limitations for entry into the calendar.
