Leadership Eugene Springfield

About The Program
As Leadership Eugene Springfield enters its 40th year in 2026, we invite emerging and established professionals to be part of a program that has helped shape civic leadership across our region since 1986.
With LES, the Eugene and Springfield Chambers of Commerce have partnered to develop civic leadership throughout our region, fostering knowledgeable, networked, skilled, involved, and passionate leaders who:
Advocate for and represent the community as a whole
Value the interaction of government, business, and charitable institutions in creating a healthy Eugene-Springfield economy
Help create a positive future for their community
Why join Leadership Eugene-Springfield?
Leadership Eugene-Springfield provides the opportunity for participants to broaden their knowledge and awareness of the communities and their leadership skills. Through monthly, day-long sessions, the program:
- Develops knowledge and awareness of leadership skills.
- Focuses on topics relevant to Eugene and Springfield's current and future needs and opportunities.
- Fosters a network of contacts among participants and presenters.
